Age can not be prevented, but how are we going to be as old as 70 percent
depending on the lifestyle that we live. Here are three things we can do every
day to make sure we stay fit and active despite increasing age.
1. Cleaning teeth
About 8 out of 10 people do not use dental floss (floss) after brushing teeth. That means about 40 percent of the parts of teeth do not clean. Do not underestimate dental hygiene as brushing teeth and using dental floss can lead to periodontitis, an infection that can cause heart problems.
2. Eat more vegetable and fruit
A diet rich in fiber such as fruits, vegetables, and nuts, may reduce the genetic risk of heart disease. Begin to limit the consumption of red meat and multiply sources of omega-3 fatty acids. Do not forget the calcium as well in addition to the bones; calcium also increases process of burning fat.
3. Exercise 30 minutes every day1. Cleaning teeth

In a study of thousands of healthy people for 26 years, those who had the highest physical activity in middle age, most remained healthy with no chronic diseases in old age. The incidence of heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and diseases of the "typical" elderly were also reduced.
Spend 30 minutes a day for physical activity most favored, whether cycling, jogging, yoga, or a walk. If you are "window shopping" included in sports, take a pedometer and make sure you walk 10,000 steps every day.
Exercise is a requirement to obtain a healthy body and longevity. But note the portion of your workout. Sports are too hard it could be a threat to health.
Regular exercise and moderate intensity, such as jogging, it can be healthy, but otherwise run too fast, too far, and performed regularly for many years, it can actually shorten life.
But it may be too hard done 1-2 hours per day, would damage the heart, causing tissue stretching, tearing and scarring that are at risk of heart rhythm disorder.
