Healthy Ways to Reduce Your Sugar Intake

Use only fresh fruit juice or 100 percent reduction in added sugar in it. Fruit can still be safe to eat, though, so sometimes it is better to dissolve it with water or ice to reduce calories.
  
Select the mineral water to remove sodium and other water Gas and additives added.
  
Make simple syrup and honey, though sweet, has some additional benefits, including a healthy dose of antioxidants.

It also gives you better control of the sugar content. Any recipe that requires simple syrup will use this recipe: ½ teaspoon of honey mixed with warm water ¾ teaspoon.
  
Use the whole fruit, not sugar or honey flavor. Fruit itself adds fiber, natural sugars and vitamins.
